2. Intended Users

MedPod Learn is intended for registered or trainee healthcare professionals aged 18 or over.

3. Content Ownership

  • All educational content (MCQs, mapped curricula, summaries) is owned by MedPod Learn.
  • All podcast audio remains the property of the original creators. MedPod Learn does not own or modify this audio and does not provide transcripts.
  • Our role is to provide educational commentary and learning resources layered around the original podcast episodes.

4. Disclaimer

The content on MedPod Learn is educational only. It is not a substitute for clinical judgement, guidelines, or professional supervision. Always follow local protocols.

5. Use Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy or distribute educational content without permission
  • Scrape or mirror the site or app
  • Misrepresent your professional status to gain access

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of terms, misuse, or malicious activity.

7. Liability

MedPod Learn is not liable for any clinical decisions or outcomes resulting from your use of the platform. Use of the site and app is at your own discretion and risk.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

MedPod Learn follows Apple’s Standard EULA. By using the app, you agree to:

  • A non-transferable, revocable licence to use MedPod Learn on your devices
  • Not to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the app
  • Respect our content copyright and intellectual property
  • Understand that podcast audio is streamed from public feeds and remains unaltered

CPD & CME Accreditation

MedPod Learn supports clinical education through curriculum-aligned podcast-based learning.

  • CPD learning is self-documented and suitable for inclusion in your portfolio or appraisal
  • Many UK and international bodies recognise self-accredited podcast learning
  • You are responsible for recording and reflecting on activity as required by your governing body
